- Must have passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test (2018/2023)
- Academic Qualification (any one of these):
- Bachelor’s Degree in related subject + 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with 50% Marks + 1 Year B.Ed
- Bachelor’s Degree with 45% Marks + B.Ed
- 10+2 with 50% + 4 Year BLEd/BA BEd/BSc BEd
- Bachelor’s Degree with 50% + 1 Year B.Ed (Special Education)
- For Sports—Bachelor’s in Physical Education (BPEd/BPE) with 50%
- For Music—10+2 with 50% and Degree in Music
Primary School Teacher
- Must have passed MP Middle School Teacher Eligibility Test (2023)
- For sports—BPEd/BPE with 50%
- For Music (Gayan/Vadan)—10+2 with 50%+ Degree/Diploma in Music
- For Music (Nritya)—10+2 with 50% + Degree/Diploma in Dance
